★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o carro as 9:00 da manhã para fazer alguns serviços básicos, rodízio de pneus, alinhamento, balanceamento e troca de pastilhas de freio, ao voltar as 14:00 o serviço ainda não tinha sido feito e o carro ainda estava desmontado, fiquei mais uma hora esperando! Caso queiram perder tempo, este é o local certo, serviço caro e demorado garantido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui como cliente da localiza para fazer uma revisão periódica mas que incluía troca de pneus, óleo, filtros etc porém a impressão que tive é que eles passaram outros carros na minha frente. Creio que independente de ser um serviço para uma empresa deve ser feito com mesma atenção de um serviço particular afinal eu é que fui como cliente. Além disso esqueceram de checar o fluído de radiador que estava um pouco baixo e no final do serviço eu perguntei porque não tinham checado aí o funcionário resolveu de forma bem prática ( adicionando um pouco de água).

Terrible attendance. If it's time before closing, they don't even serve you and they still laugh at the customers. I watched this and was outraged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei 10 min na frente do atendente esperando ele falar comigo e nada, quando o mecânico da loja falou com ele dai ele deu atenção ao mecânico, mas não falou comigo, perguntei se havia somente 1 mecânico na loja dai ele me respondeu que no momento sim, que os serviços estavam todos atrasados, expliquei que queria fazer a trocade dois pneus e alinhar tudo completo mas ele começou a dar desculpas quase me enchutando dacloja fui embora sem o serviço e com muita raiva, tanta gente querendo trabalhar e uma pessoa desta não faz questão de te tratar com o mínimo respeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante, cheguei a Della Via atraido pelo tamanho da empresa, acreditei ser um bom negocio. Orçamento pelo telefone atendente me disse que não cobravam instalação e com desconto me cobraria R$ 144,00 pelo alinhamento e balanceamento.
na loja de cara ja queriam me empurrar a troca dos bicos por R$16,00 reais cada um, sem nem olhar se meus bicos estava em ordem, oque eu ja sabia que estava ok e sem ressecamento.
Pneus trocados o atendente me liga e diz que minhas bandejas estariam estouradas e com peças danificadas.
como conheço meu veiculo pedi pra não fazer nada, ele tentou me persuadir a trocar as bandeijas ou eu perderia a garantia do pneu.
mantive minha posição, conheço a lei e sei que não é assim que funciona.
na hora de pagar o serviço, surpresa! R$10,00 por pneu trocado, valor esse que ao telefone não seria cobrado.
sai de lá e trouxe meu carro em uma empresa especializada em alinhamento e balanceamento.
como eu suspeitava alinharam o carro tranquilo e sem nenhum problema nas bandejas, e me custou R$80,00!!!
É TRISTE VER UMA EMPRESA DESTE TAMANHO SER DESONESTA POR TÃO POUCO, PERDEU UM ALINHAMENTO CUSTANDO O DOBRO DO VALOR DE MERCADO E UM CLIENTE QUE FACILMENTE SE FIDELIZA PRA TENTAR DAR UM GOLPE DE R$600,00.
NÃO RECOMENDO E NUNCA MAIS VOLTO.
Disappointing, I arrived at Della Via attracted by the size of the company, I believed it to be a good deal. Budget by phone attendant told me that they did not charge installation and at a discount would charge me R$ 144.00 for alignment and balancing.
at the store they wanted to push me to change the nozzles for R$16.00 reais each, without even looking if my nozzles were in order, which I already knew was ok and no dryness.
Tires changed, the attendant calls me and says my trays would be blown out and have damaged parts.
as I know my vehicle I asked not to do anything, he tried to persuade me to change the trays or I would lose the tire warranty.
I kept my position, I know the law, and I know that's not how it works.
when paying for the service, surprise! R$10.00 per tire changed, which would not be charged over the phone.
I left there and brought my car to a company specializing in alignment and balancing.
as I suspected they lined up the car without any problem with the trays, and it cost me R$80.00!!!
IT'S SAD TO SEE A COMPANY OF THIS SIZE BEING DIShonest for SO LITTLE, IT HAS LOST AN ALIGNMENT COSTING DOUBLE THE MARKET VALUE AND A CUSTOMER THAT EASILY HAS LOYALTY IN TRYING TO GIVE A BLOW OF R$600.00.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AND NEVER COME BACK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem localizado, mas os atendentes, nos deixa na sala de espera e não dá satisfação sobre o tempo do término do serviço prestado. Não só eu , mas todos ficam plantados sem uma satisfação. Apenas manda aguardar e pronto . Principalmente um careca, não se importa com os clientes, achei que era um caso isolado, mas nas 3 vezes que fiz revisão do veículo... O descaso foi o mesmo . 2 vezes não consegui concluir a revisão no mesmo dia . Tive que retornar no outro dia ,, e bem antes do horário de fechamento do estabelecimento, esse careca já fica com uma mochila nas costas e esperando o horário. E sai andando... Não recomendo, nunca mais irei agendar revisão neste local, não passarei pelo mesmo estresse uma 4° vez !

Mainly a bald man, he doesn't care about customers, I thought it was an isolated case, but the 3 times I had the vehicle inspected... The neglect was the same. 2 times I was unable to complete the review on the same day. I had to return the other day, and well before the closing time of the establishment, this bald guy already has a backpack on his back and waiting for the time. And walk away... I don't recommend it, I will never schedule a review at this place again, I won't go through the same stress a 4th time!
