★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um péssimo atendimento e uma simples troca de óleo e filtro demorou seis horas e ainda esqueceram colocar a tampa do óleo e meu carro deu problemas , nunca mas volto lá.
Péssimo atendimento dos funcionários.
 A bad service and a simple oil and filter change took six hours and they still forgot to put the oil cap and my car had problems, I never go back there.

Atendente Francisco completamente mal educado e sem vontade de trabalhar, parece que esta fazendo um favor a atender os clientes.
Demais atendentes todos sem máscara (em plena pandemia), mal humorados e sem compromisso com o bem estar do cliente.
Banheiro imundo e nojento, pior que banheiro de posto de gasolina.
Se tiverem oportunidade, vão em outro local para realizar as histórias/ reparos em seus veículo. De preferência um local onde as pessoas queiram trabalhar.
Terrible company, poor service.
Attendant Francisco completely rude and unwilling to work, it seems he is doing a favor to serve customers.
Too many attendants all without a mask (in the middle of a pandemic), grumpy and without commitment to the well being of the customer.
Filthy and disgusting bathroom, worse than a gas station bathroom.
If given the opportunity, go elsewhere to carry out the stories/repairs on their vehicle. Preferably a place where people want to work.

Outra coisa, depois do serviço feito foram dar uma volta com comigo no carro pra ver se estava tudo certo. Super recomendo. Parabéns pessoal. Nota 1000 pra vcs.
The guys are awesome. I went to several places and they didn't solve my problem. When I arrived at Della Via Pneus, I was given the greatest attention. Another thing, after the job was done, they went for a ride with me in the car to see if everything was alright. I highly recommend it. Congratulations guys. Score 1000 for you guys.

Ao invés de pegar um serviço e concluir, antes de começar outros.
