Precisava comprar um material com uma quantidade X de carbono e o vendedor não confirma a quantidade, disse que eu tenho que comprar o material pra só assim verificar a quantidade no certificado. Como que eu compro o material que eu preciso se eles não confirmam se o material atende? Francamente pessoal !!!!!!

I needed to buy a material with X amount of carbon and the seller does not confirm the amount, he said that I have to buy the material just to check the amount on the certificate. How do I buy the material I need if they don't confirm that the material is suitable? Frankly folks!!!!!!
