Tinha uma moça Argentina que havia sido abusada e eles fazem piada dizendo que ela pediu, que tava muito bebada, um absurdo!

They didn't help me when I needed to, nor did they register my complaint - late 2015, when I was traveling and my bag was broken. I had to hire a lawyer to help me, as they at DELTUR were not in the mood to collaborate with me that day.
