I loved having coffee in the afternoon in this place! For a start we were very well attended, I liked the variety in the coffees and food! We taste the chicken pie, the donuts, and take things home! Nice place, clean. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pena abrirem sem ter banheiro disponível aos clientes, o que é inadequado frente as normativas da vigilância sanitária. Mas o pior ainda é a grosseria quando questionei. Afinal, já estava consumindo há um tempo quando perguntei onde ficava o banheiro e falaram que estava em reforma e quando questionei falaram bem rispidamente que nunca tiveram problema com isso. Então uma norma deve ser seguida apenas quando se tem problema com ela? Fora que me senti enganada por não ter sido avisada antes de sentar de que não teria banheiro à disposição. Uma pena esse atendimento precário sem aviso prévio. Não volto e não indico. A senhora do balcão, provavelmente dona, foi muito grosseira e deveria entender as normas antes de atender ao público.
It's a shame they open without having a bathroom available to customers, which is inappropriate in the face of health surveillance regulations. But the worst is still the rudeness when I questioned it. After all, I had been using it for a while when I asked where the bathroom was and they said it was under renovation and when I questioned it they said very gruffly that they never had a problem with it. So should a rule be followed only when you have a problem with it? Apart from that I felt cheated for not having been warned before sitting down that there would be no bathroom available. It is a pity this precarious service without prior notice. I won't be back and won't recommend. The lady at the counter, probably the owner, was very rude and should understand the rules before serving the public.
