★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início o atendimento foi meio complicado, fiz a solicitação no site, em que dizia que entrariam em contato, após um mês tentei chamar pelo whats, levou mais um tempo, mas em fim consegui o atendimento.
A partir disso deu tudo certo, atenderam certinho, mandaram modelo para aprovação, postaram em pouco menos tempo do que dizia, e chegaram bem rápido.
Quanto aos convites, é um capricho! São realmente muito lindos, bem feitos, vieram bem embalados, não amassou nenhum. Apenas ficou faltando as tags e envelopes do presente, pois eu questionei, disse que poderia incluir e perguntou se eu gostaria, confirmei que sim, até fiquei esperando se não passariam alguma diferença de valor ou algo do tipo, mas não foi dito mais nada. Também veio sem.
At first the service was a little complicated, I made the request on the website, in which it said they would get in touch, after a month I tried to call by whats, it took a while longer, but in the end I got the service.
From then on, everything went well, they answered correctly, sent a model for approval, posted in a little less time than I said, and arrived very quickly.
As for the invitations, it's a whim! They are really very beautiful, well made, came well packaged, no dents. The only thing missing was the tags and gift envelopes, because I questioned, said I could include it and asked if I would like it, I confirmed that I would, I even waited to see if there would be any difference in value or something, but nothing more was said. Also came without.

Em resposta a sua mensagem abaixo, quero deixar claro que após 9 dias insistindo para ser atendida, só tive sua atenção após fazer a minha avaliação aqui.
Só quem esta vivendo esse momento sabe o quanto são 9 dias no atraso do planejamento.
Fiquei decepcionada por ter chamado a atenção assim e pela ousadia em solicitar que eu MODIFICASSE a minha avaliação, tentando me comprar com uma cortesia ou 50% de desconto no pedido.
Por isso talvez não tenham tantas avaliações negativas?!
A negligência do meu atendimento também me afetou!
De novo, obrigada pelo retorno, agora que obtive sua atenção!
Terrible attendance. 9 days of conversation with. Angela unable to choose or close anything. They respond when you remind them that you are waiting for a callback. There was no confidence. And of course, I will not close my invitations with this company anymore. Is it really a company???

Only those who are living this moment know how much 9 days are in the planning delay.
I was disappointed to have drawn attention like this and for the boldness in asking me to MODIFY my review, trying to buy myself with a courtesy or 50% off the order.
So maybe they don't have so many negative reviews?!
