Minha mãe cardíaca e com 81 anos recebe diariamente por telefone cobrança com juros da loja cobrando o pagamento por lotérica ou banco uma vez que a loja está fechada
Ela é do grupo de risco e eu única filha com acesso à ela também sou do grupo de risco e estou também em isoladamente social.
Acho um absurdo esse constrangimento que só causa nervosismo a minha mãe até pq as atendentes falam como se ela se
recuse a reconhecer a dívida.
Minhas mãe com 81 anos não é obrigada a saber ser internauta para resolver por celular.
Se não são capazes de entender as dificuldades de idade de seus clientes, selecione melhor antes de fazer cartões em nome deles
Estou indignada com essa atitude da loja uma vez que essa situação de isolamento e pandemia não foi escolha nossa e espero no mínimo a compreensão da empresa para aguardar a reabertura da loja pq esse será o único caminho para minha mãe poder quitar essa dívida referente a 15/04 e 15/05 e parem definitivamente com essas ligações incômodas e grosseiras.
Se vocês não estão em funcionamento é pelo mesmo motivo que estamos confinadas em casa
