Se recusaram a devolver o dinheiro de volta e obrigaram a trocar por coisas que ela não precisava. Confrontados com o código de defesa do consumidor, foram agressivos, fizeram ameaças e não devolveram o dinheiro.
The experience was one of the worst in my life. My mother was injured in that place, a 62-year-old lady. He bought some products and they came rotten. They refused to return the money back and forced to exchange it for things she didn't need. Faced with the consumer protection code, they were aggressive, made threats and did not return the money.
