★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente médica, tem paciência para conversar com o paciente e entender o problema. Gosta de examinar detalhadamente, por isso demora muito a consulta mas a sala de espera vive lotada. Foi excelente para minha mãe conseguimos depois de várias tentativas controlar a pressão dela e ter uma qualidade de vida boa.
 Excellent doctor, have the patience to talk to the patient and understand the problem. He likes to examine in detail, so it takes a lot of consultation, but the waiting room lives full. It was great for my mom we managed after several attempts to control her pressure and have a good quality of life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total desrespeito e descompromisso. Depois de várias ligações tentando agendar uma consulta, consegui um horário as 15:30hs. Tive que largar do trabalho cedo pra chegar pontualmente no horário agendado. Chegando lá não havia um recepcionista sequer, e depois de 30min a 45min esperando decidi bater na porta da Dr. Denise pra saber o que estava acontecendo. Ela me atende com uma cara de que não está nem aí pra uma fila enorme de idosos esperando na recepção e ainda me diz que "Medicina é assim". Nesse momento sai do consultório porque pude compreender que o nível de profissionalismo e baixíssimo.
Total disrespect and disrespect. After several calls trying to schedule an appointment, I got a time at 3:30 PM. I had to leave work early to arrive punctually at the scheduled time. Arriving there was no receptionist at all, and after 30min at 45min I decided to knock on Dr. Denise's door to find out what was going on. She answers me with a face that does not care for a huge line of elderly people waiting at the desk and still tells me that "Medicine is like this". At that moment I leave the office because I could understand that the level of professionalism is very low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não adianta ser uma profissional competente sem ter respeito aos horários agendados. Agendado as 17:45. As 19:45 Eu desisti de esperar, faltando ainda 3 pessoas para serem atendida. Pedi o cancelamento da guia a médica que sequer pediu desculpas, pois a secretaria já tinha ido embora. Em conversa com outros pacientes que esperavam pela consulta, é o Perfil dela, e a espera 3 horas é rotina por marcar muitos pacientes. Lamentável.
It is no use being a competent professional without respecting the scheduled times. Scheduled at 17:45. At 19:45 I gave up waiting, with 3 people left to be served. I asked the doctor to cancel the guide and she didn't even apologize, because the secretary was already gone. In conversation with other patients who were waiting for the appointment, it is her Profile, and the 3 hour wait is routine for scheduling many patients. Unfortunate.
