Falaram que nem saiu para entrega ainda e não tinham previsão. Perderam cliente de uma clínica de 4 cadeiras.
Bad commitment to the customer. I bought an autoclave and they promised 15 days of delivery. After the deadline, we contacted to see if it was going to be delivered on the day, because the clinic broke. They said it didn't even come out for delivery yet and they had no forecast. They lost a client at a 4-chair clinic.

Entrei em contato, devolvi o produto e as parcelas não foram canceladas e refeitas.....estou pagando um valor alto , entrei em contato com a Karina e nao obtive resposta.
Parcelei para ficar dentro do meu orçam ento e estou pagando o dobro do valor por um erro que foi da empresa.
I always bought with Gutierre, however, in the last purchase they delivered one more item and the tickets were generated with double the value.
I got in touch, I returned the product and the installments were not canceled and redone ..... I am paying a high price, I contacted Karina and got no response.
I parceled it out to stay within my budget and I'm paying double the amount for an error that was from the company.
