★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo me fizeram marcar um exame e paguei no cartão e até então não havia me informado que o aparelho que fazia o exame de tomografia estava com defeito,tiveram que fazer o estorno do meu cartão e perdi tempo e dinheiro com transporte.
 Unfortunately I had to make an appointment and I paid for the card and until then I had not been informed that the device that was doing the CT scan was defective, had to make a reversal of my card and lost time and money with transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica extremamente despreparada. Demoramos 45 minutos para liberarem o atendimento, mesmo já tendo agendado previamente. Além disso, tínhamos agendado exame para 3 pessoas e apenas 1 conseguiu realizar o exame. NÃO VOLTO, NÃO RECOMENDO!
Extremely unprepared clinic. It took us 45 minutes to release the service, even though we had previously scheduled it. In addition, we had scheduled an exam for 3 people and only 1 managed to take the exam. DO NOT GO BACK, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi excelente no dia que estiver pra fazer o raio-x, mas no dia me deram a opção de receber o exame online, como moro longe preferi. Só que depois a dentista precisou Do exame para mandar pra empresa do plano, e liguei para dental imagem pedindo o raio-x empresso relaxa disseram que eu já havia pego.
Resumindo foi uma chatice pra pegar esse exame .Por isso se precisar do exame levem logo pra casa , pq claro que ,se tivéssemos me dado a opção de esperar no dia e levar logo eu teria esperado.
The service was excellent on the day I was going to do the x-ray, but on the day I was given the option of receiving the exam online, as I live far away I preferred. But then the dentist needed the exam to send to the plan company, and I called the dental image asking for the x-ray loan to relax, they said I had already taken it.
In short, it was a pain to get this exam. So if you need the exam, take it home right away, because of course, if we had given me the option to wait for the day and take it soon, I would have waited.

Ao agendar, a atendente Camila informou aceitar o plano para um exame específico, chegando no local no dia marcado, não aceitavam o plano e não podiam fazer nada pq falam com muitas pessoas, não podem ajudar e nem se responsabilizar pelas informações passadas.
Todos atendimentos do local com informações diferentes e sem cuidado nenhum ao passar informações, totalmente desrespeitoso.
Terrible, inhuman and totally careless service.
When scheduling, the attendant Camila said that she accepted the plan for a specific exam, arriving at the site on the appointed day, they did not accept the plan and could not do anything because they speak to many people, cannot help nor be responsible for the information given.
All local services with different information and without any care when passing information, totally disrespectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De forma geral, gostei do atendimento. Sugiro apenas melhorar a comunicação via telefone e whatsapp, uma vez que são demoradas.
Achei os funcionários prestativos e ágeis, inclusive na liberação do resultado. No espaço, não vi aglomeração. O laudo foi extremamente detalhado e o preço foi bem atrativo. Fiz de forma particular e fiquei bem satisfeita.
Overall, I liked the service. I only suggest improving communication via phone and whatsapp, since they are time consuming.
I found the employees helpful and agile, including the release of the result. In space, I saw no crowding. The report was extremely detailed and the price was very attractive. I did it in a private way and I was very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. O exame marcado para ficar pronto dia 14. Fui dia 15 e nada. A atendente me disse q no mesmo dia para eu não ir novamente mandaria para a dentista. Hoje dia 20 liguei e não mandaram nem tem previsão porque o serviço de entrega está lento. Eu precisando desses exames para viajar. Perguntei para atendente Camila se tinha uma ouvidoria ou alguém para fazer uma reclamação e ela disse que não. Absurdo.
Terrible. The exam scheduled to be ready on the 14th. I went on the 15th and nothing. The attendant told me that on the same day, so I wouldn't go again, I would send it to the dentist. Today the 20th I called and they didn't send it or have a forecast because the delivery service is slow. I need these exams to travel. I asked the attendant Camila if she had an ombudsman or someone to make a complaint and she said no. Absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento por telefone foi ótimo, mas chegando na clínica a recepcionista era novata e estava sendo treinada por uma outro que se mostrava impaciente e antipática. Depois veio uma outra pessoa e ficou no lugar. Até aí, tudo bem. O problema foi na hora do exame. Levei meus pais idosos para fazer o exame (raio x panorâmica) e o responsável pelo exame foi impaciente e pouco preparado para lidar com idosos. Minha mãe (77 anos) foi a primeira e já saiu dizendo que o exame era difícil. Meu pai (79 anos) que teve AVC teve difculdades em ficar na posição que o exame exigia. Ao invés de parar e tentar fazer o correto ele repetiu as mesmas instruções. Eu expliquei que ele teve AVC, mas não teve jeito. Pagamos particular o exame. Não volto mais e não recomendo.
The phone service was great, but arriving at the clinic the receptionist was new and was being trained by another who was impatient and unsympathetic. Then someone else came and stayed in place. So far, so good. The problem was during the exam. I took my elderly parents for the exam (panoramic x-ray) and the person responsible for the exam was impatient and unprepared to deal with elderly people. My mother (77 years old) was the first and has already left saying that the exam was difficult. My father (79 years old) who had a stroke had difficulties in getting into the position that the exam required. Instead of stopping and trying to do the right thing, he repeated the same instructions. I explained that he had a stroke, but there was no way around it. We pay for the exam. I won't be back and I don't recommend it.
