Minha pior experiencia Ă© com a marcação de consulta, se por acaso vocĂȘ perder uma consulta, sĂł vai poder marcar novamente no mĂȘs seguinte, Ă© terrĂvel, sem falar que a dentista que sĂł atende 2 vezes por mĂȘs, e se vocĂȘ chega um pouco atrasado, vocĂȘ estĂĄ ferrado, sĂł no outro mĂȘs.
Em resumo:
NĂŁo vale a pena, demora demais, pessoas desmotivadas e pouco profissionais, vocĂȘ paga caro e nĂŁo te atendem de forma digna.
NĂŁo recomendo.

â â â â â Queria fazer um textao, igual ao outro amigo, mas estou muito revoltada para ser educada. Ă tudo isso mesmo, muita enrolação, atendimento ruim, eles nem se importam com os clientes. Enfim, sĂł nĂŁo dou zero porque nĂŁo tem essa opção.

Eu liguei pra marcar a extração e disseram que sĂł teria dentista pro final de janeiro! Que absurdo! Eu pago para ter um serviço quando eu preciso, nĂŁo quando eles querem! Liguei reclamando eles arranjaram um! Hj, quinta, liguei pra confirmar, e disseram que nĂŁo tinha mais agenda pro dentista! EntĂŁo eu iria dar uma viagem perdida mesmo morrendo de dor! Que falta de respeito com o consumidor! Essa clĂnica Ă© um descaso total começando pelos atendentes que fazem ouvido de mercador! Querem me cobrar um valor alĂ©m pra extrair em janeiro! Eu vou no procon, e onde mais eu tiver direito e cancelar... e sempre falarei mal! Jamais indicarei esse plano para ninguĂ©m!

Dificuldades com o telefone (marcação de consulta), ruim para estacionar, desorganização, pois senha nĂŁo funciona e o atendimento do dentista deixou a desejar desde a avaliação, nĂŁo dĂĄ nem para comentar o que se chamou de limpeza e "Tratamento de cĂĄries". NĂŁo recomendo!

E tb tem uma pĂ©ssima novidade, querem que eu pague os meses fechados, ou seja, sem a prestação dos serviços efetivos porque o contrato prevĂȘ que mesmo que vc nĂŁo vĂĄ para os atendimentos vc tem que pagar e sem conversa... O problema Ă© que eu nĂŁo fui e sim porque vcs estavam fechados! Com Ăłdio na prestação de atendimento aos clientes, todos os que procurei lĂĄ na clĂnica da Aldeota, nĂŁo dialogaram ou se quer tinham outros argumentos para facilitar a minha vida... Empresa com pĂ©ssimo atendimento com desprezo aos clientes... Pedi meu contrato pra vĂȘ em qual base legal eles tinham e como nĂŁo era de se esperar nĂŁo tinham a cĂłpia ou nĂŁo quiseram entregar-me.
Na central do SAC fiz duas reclamaçÔes com os protocolos: 3345 8820 2007 2790 *7100* /// 3345 8820 2007 2790 *7113* disseram que em 3 dias Ășteis vĂŁo enviar a cĂłpia do contrato (aĂ vou no DECON) e a ouvidoria tb me retornarĂĄ sobre a posição dos meses fechados.

Dificuldade extrema em marcar consultas (me deram 4 nĂșmeros, depois de VĂRIOS encaminhamentos e quando consegui marcar para um dia, cheguei lĂĄ o doutor nĂŁo estava para me atender porque disse que tinha sido marcado para outro dia). e isso Ă© bem a SĂTIMA VEZ que ocorre. Muitas viagens perdidas. NĂŁo te confirmam consulta nem nada, sĂł fazem o favor de te ligar quando Ă© para desmarcar ou colocar para o horĂĄrio que eles bem entenderem (Acontece em 99% das consultas. Marcamos um horĂĄrio e 2 horas antes eles ligam pedindo para mudar, para se adequar Ă s necessidades deles). Descaso total com o cliente, pensam que vivemos Ă mercĂȘ deles e que nĂŁo temos o que fazer. Desorganizados. IrresponsĂĄveis. Desprezo total ao cliente. Cobranças desorganizadas. PĂ©ssima comunicação com o cliente. INACESSĂVEIS (sĂł quando Ă© algo para eles, aĂ eles lhe ligam vĂĄrias vezes, em horĂĄrio de aula, trabalho, nĂŁo importa...quando Ă© para eles num instante o celular existe.). AngĂșstia, meu prazo para retirar o aparelho era de 1 ano, jĂĄ vĂŁo fazer 2 e simplesmente nĂŁo sei o que estĂĄ acontecendo com meus dentes pois nĂŁo explicam nada, nem no consultĂłrio e nem na recepção. Estou continuando na base da confiança com o dentista, porque entender mesmo o que estĂĄ acontecendo, eu nĂŁo estou. Manutenção super rĂĄpida, 5 minutos. Sem explicação. OPTEM POR OUTRA! Atendimento nĂvel ZERO e DESCASO com o cliente, deixam-o Ă PARTE do tratamento e impossibilitado de se comunicar. Se vocĂȘ gosta de que zelem pelo seu horĂĄrio ou que sejam fiĂ©is a data e horĂĄrio que vocĂȘ marca, nĂŁo escolha essa empresa. Sempre erram e se fazem de sonsos.

Total disregard for the customer, they think that we live at their mercy and that we have nothing to do. Disorganized. Irresponsible. Total contempt for the customer. Disorganized collections. Bad communication with the customer. INACCESSIBLE (only when it's something for them, then they call you several times, during class time, at work, it doesn't matter... when it's for them in an instant the cell phone exists.). Anguish, my deadline to remove the braces was 1 year, they are about to do 2 and I just don't know what's happening with my teeth because they don't explain anything, neither in the office nor at the reception. I am continuing on the basis of trust with the dentist, because I really don't understand what is happening. Super fast maintenance, 5 minutes. Without explanation. OPT ANOTHER! ZERO-level service and NEGLIGENCE with the client, leaving him APART from the treatment and unable to communicate. If you like people watching your schedule or being faithful to the date and time you set, don't choose this company. They always make mistakes and play tricks.
