Hoje estou com 8 anos,já são 6 anos de acompanhamento.
Eu adoro e não tenho nenhum medo de ir ao dentista,pois lá a Dra Cleusa e Dra Daniela sao muito carinhosa.
Since I was 2 years old my mother takes me to Dentalle clinic and at 5 I started using braces.
Today I'm 8 years old, it's already been 6 years of follow-up.
I love it and I'm not afraid to go to the dentist, because Dr Cleusa and Dr Daniela there are very affectionate.

Minha família toda é cliente e meus filhos frequentam a clínica desde pequenos e adoram todos os profissionais, principalmente a Dra. Cleusa que cuida de todos como se fossem da família.
Great service, serious, competent, careful and attentive professionals. The patient is always treated with affection, no matter if he is young, child or elderly. My entire family is a client and my children have been attending the clinic since they were little and they love all the professionals, especially Dr. Cleusa, who takes care of everyone as if they were family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei meu tratamento ortodôntico na Clínica Dentale há 5 anos com a Dr. Cleusa. Fiquei surpresa com a qualidade e a eficácia do atendimento... Em pouco tempo de tratamento já me senti confortável e confiante a colocar o aparelho ortodôntico. Em pouquíssimo tempo muitas pessoas repararam como os meus dentes já estavam alinhados.
E, desde então, não tenho mais motivos de esconder um sorriso.
Agradeço por poder contar com profissionais de tamanha excelência. Parabéns aos profissionais que a anos multiplicam cada sorriso e que vocês literalmente nos transformam.

I started my orthodontic treatment at Clínica Dentale 5 years ago with Dr. Cleusa. I was surprised with the quality and effectiveness of the care... In a short time of treatment I felt comfortable and confident putting on the orthodontic appliance. In a very short time, many people noticed how my teeth were already aligned.
And since then, I have no reason to hide a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência,apesar de fazer 3 anos do acontecimento me deixou traumatizada.Fui ao consultório por indicação do meu cunhado e sogro que frequentavam. Cheguei la as presas pois meu filho estava chorando de dor. Na recepção fui informada que a avalição era 100,00 ,então avisei que teria que ir até a minha casa para pegar o restante pois não tinha todo o valor em mãos ,a recepcionista então falou que eu podia passar assim mesmo,que depois enviasse o valor pelo meu cunhado que estava em tratamento no local. Fui para a sala da Dra.Cleusa que me olhou de cima a baixo,perguntou se eu trabalhava,se morava em casa própria,se tinha carro,se meu marido tinha graduação,perguntou quantos filhos eu tinha e se eram do mesmo pai quando respondi que tinha dois ela disse que tava na hora de parar de ter filhos,mandou eu fazer faculdade ou algum curso e na hora que foi atender meu filho de 6 anos fez ele tirar a papete alegando que ia sujar a cadeira,sendo que toda cadeira de consultório dentário tem uma proteção onde encostam os pés. O valor que me cobrou foi absurdo,ok cada um dá o seu preço,mais nada me espantou tanto em comparação a toda humilhação que passei.Durante o atendimento ela enfatizava que eu não ia conseguir fazer o tratamento lá por causa do valor. Ví no olhar da assistente dela o desconforto por toda aquela situação,ela não sabia onde enfiar a cara,mais foi um amor e tratou meu filho muito bem. Cheguei
a pensar que a Dra.Cleusa não estivesse num bom dia,mais ví ela tratando outros clientes educadamente,o problema foi comigo mesmo. Saí de lá chorando,totalmente impotente,não queria que me filho tivesse vivenciado aquilo.
Bad experience, despite the fact that it was 3 years since the event left me traumatized. I got there in prey because my son was crying in pain. At the reception I was informed that the appraisal was 100.00, so I said that I would have to go to my house to get the rest because I did not have all the money in hand, the receptionist then said that I could pass anyway, that later send the value for my brother-in-law who was undergoing treatment on the spot. I went to Dr. Clusa's office who looked me up and down, asked if I worked, lived in my own house, had a car, if my husband had a degree, asked how many children I had and if they were from the same father when I answered she had two she said it was time to stop having children, she told me to go to college or some course and when she went to see my 6-year-old son he made him take off the paper claiming that he was going to get his chair dirty, and every chair dental office has a protection where the feet touch. The amount he charged me was absurd, ok, each one gives his price, nothing surprised me more compared to all the humiliation I went through. During the service she emphasized that I was not going to be able to do the treatment there because of the price. I saw in her assistant's eyes the discomfort for all that situation, she didn't know where to put her face, but it was a love and she treated my son very well. I arrived
thinking that Dr. Cleusa was not having a good day, but I saw her treating other clients politely, the problem was with myself. I left there crying, totally helpless, I didn't want my son to have experienced that.
