★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO PERCAM SEU TEMPO NESSE LUGAR! Nunca vi um dentista que não faz questão de olhar a boca do paciente na primeira consulta! Além disso me deixou esperando por 1 hora. Total falta de respeito! Vale inclusive uma denúncia no Conselho de odontologia.
 DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS PLACE! I've never seen a dentist who doesn't make a point of looking at the patient's mouth on the first appointment! Plus it kept me waiting for 1 hour. Total lack of respect! It is even worth filing a complaint with the Board of Dentistry.

Eu investi 12 mil reais no meu tratamento que iniciou em junho de 2020, hoje é dia 01/12/2020 e nada de finalizar!
Da minha casa na clínica são mais de 30km de distância e todas as vezes que vou tenho gasto com deslocamento, estacionamento e quando chego na clínica sou atendido com pelo menos uma hora de atraso. Além disso, você vai, espera ser atendimento no seu “horário” e senta na Candeira do dentista pra ele te mostrar algo aqui ou ali e com 5 minutos te dispensa.
A única coisa boa dessa clínica é a Patrícia, recepcionista que é super gentil, educada e entende bem nossas frustrações com o padrão dela e ainda nos ouve de boa vontade.
Compromisso e respeito zero com paciente.

I invested 12 thousand reais in my treatment that started in June 2020, today is 01/12/2020 and nothing to finish!
From my house at the clinic they are more than 30km away and every time I go I have spent on travel, parking and when I arrive at the clinic I am attended at least an hour late. In addition, you go, expect to be seen at your "time" and sit at the dentist's Candeira for him to show you something here or there and with 5 minutes you are dismissed.
The only good thing about this clinic is Patrícia, a receptionist who is super kind, polite and understands our frustrations with her standard and still listens to us willingly.
Zero commitment and respect for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Nem olhou minha boca na primeira consulta. Atraso absurdo no atendimento em todas as consultas. Um procedimento que em 3 semanas se resolveria, demorou 4 meses e nem sequer havia iniciado, suspendi o contrato, procurei outro profissional.
I do not recommend. He didn't even look at my mouth on the first appointment. Absurd delay in attending all appointments. A procedure that would be resolved in 3 weeks, took 4 months and had not even started, I suspended the contract, I looked for another professional.

Dentista totalmente despreparado, atendimento com 1 hora de atraso. Estive na clinica na primeira vez tive um atraso de 1 hora e o dentista nem se quer viu minha boca, sentei um minuto na cadeira dele e ele me mandou embora, na segunda vez fez da mesma forma, só que dessa vez queria me induzir a realizar um procedimento além do plano, ou seja cheguei para tirar um siso, segundo ele meu plano cobre o siso, mas ele só retira o siso se eu fizer um procedimento adicional que tem um custo de 600 reais por siso. Bom, óbvio que não fui na conversa dele. Já abri minha reclamação no Plano e e ANS e estou verificando onde mais posso reclamar. Ir nesta clica é uma perca de tempo. Únicas pessoas que salvam ali são os atendentes.
Worst clinic I've ever been to.
Dentist totally unprepared, service with 1 hour late. I was at the clinic the first time I was 1 hour late and the dentist didn't even see my mouth, I sat in his chair for a minute and he sent me away, the second time he did it the same way, but this time he wanted to induce me to perform a procedure in addition to the plan, that is, I arrived to remove a wisdom, according to him my plan covers the wisdom, but it only removes the wisdom if I do an additional procedure that costs 600 reais per wisdom. Well, obviously I didn't go into his conversation. I've already opened my complaint in Plano e and ANS and I'm checking where else I can complain. Going on this click is a waste of time. The only people who save there are the attendants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Péssimo dentista. Preço exorbitante. Fui indicada pelo meu convênio, só que chegando lá eles informaram que o convênio não cobre nada. Acabei fazendo o procedimento e não recebi se quer as informações de cuidados, e ainda não responde minhas mensagens no WhatsApp.
Terrible attendance! Terrible dentist. Exorbitant price. I was recommended by my insurance, but when I got there they informed me that the insurance does not cover anything. I ended up doing the procedure and I didn't receive if you want the care information, and you still don't answer my messages on WhatsApp.

Tudo iniciou quando agendei pela primeira vez uma consulta para novembro de 2021. Até aí, tudo certo, até que chego na clinica, o dentista (Dr.Mauricio) demorou mais de uma hora para me atender e simplesmente não fez absolutamente na-da. Li nos comentário abaixo que várias outras pessoas tiveram essa mesma experiência. Sendo que eu havia agendado uma consulta + limpeza. Não tenho nenhum tipo de problema com dente, nunca usei aparelho, sou 100% responsavel quanto a minha saúde bucal. Ele olhou por 20min minha boca e ja encerrou falando que eu deveria levar um raio-x na proxima consulta. Ponto importante: na guia do plano de saúde, eles colocaram que foi aplicado fluor e limpeza dental. (super éticos, não é mesmo?)
Ok, tentei dar uma segunda chance. Realizei o meu raio x e dei o endereço da clinica para que entregassem ao dentista. Foi aí que o caos começou. (SEGUE EM ANEXO AS FOTOS).
Realizei várias tentativas de contato para que me dessem o ok quanto ao recebimento do raio x para que eu pudesse agendar uma nova consulta junto com a limpeza (que nao havia sido feita anteriormente).
Primeira tentativa: 26 de janeiro
Segunda tentativa: 7 de fevereiro (11 dias sem resposta)
Terceira tentativa: 9 de fevereiro - novamente sem resposta
Quarta tentativa: 11 de fevereiro - com a resposta de que o raio x ainda não havia sido entregue
Sendo assim, liguei na clinica de raio x que me enviou o COMPROVANTE de entrega no dia 10/01 às 16:49
Questionei a atendente, Glauce, que me informou que não sabia de nada, pois entrou no dia 17 de janeiro na clinica.
Quinta tentativa: 15 de fevereiro, e mais uma vez, SEM RESPOSTA.
Agora me diz? Tenho o comprovante de entrega do raio x, gastei 200 reais para realizar, perdi meu tempo indo nessa clinica, não fiz limpeza, e fiquei sem retorno e sem nenhum pingo de respeito.

It all started when I first scheduled an appointment for November 2021. So far, everything was fine, until I arrived at the clinic, the dentist (Dr. Mauricio) took more than an hour to see me and simply did absolutely nothing. I read in the comments below that several other people had this same experience. Since I had scheduled an appointment + cleaning. I don't have any kind of problem with my teeth, I've never used braces, I'm 100% responsible for my oral health. He looked at my mouth for 20 minutes and ended by saying that I should take an x-ray at the next appointment. Important point: in the health plan tab, they stated that fluoride and dental cleaning were applied. (Super ethical, isn't it?)
Okay, I tried to give it a second chance. I performed my x-ray and gave the clinic address for them to deliver to the dentist. That's when the chaos began. (FOLLOW THE PHOTOS ATTACHED).
I made several attempts to contact them so that they would give me the ok on receiving the x-ray so that I could schedule a new appointment along with the cleaning (which had not been done previously).
First attempt: January 26
Second attempt: Feb 7 (11 days no response)
Third attempt: Feb 9 - again no response
Fourth attempt: Feb 11 - with reply that x-ray had not yet been delivered
So, I called the x-ray clinic that sent me the PROOF of delivery on 01/10 at 16:49
I questioned the attendant, Glauce, who informed me that she didn't know anything, as she entered the clinic on January 17th.
Fifth Attempt: February 15th, and again, NO ANSWER.
Now tell me? I have the proof of delivery of the x-ray, I spent 200 reais to perform it, I wasted my time going to this clinic, I didn't clean it, and I had no return and no respect.
