★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico a clínica, fui fazer uma avaliação e me pediram pra ir em outro dia pois a especialista em ortodontia não estava e as demais denstitas não sabia dizer o meu problema (sendo que não é nada demais). Fui no dia que a especialista estava e ela também não soube me informar, pedindo assim ajuda pra outro dentista e o msm falou que ia falar com outro dentista amigo dele de trabalho, e pediu p eu voltar depois pois ele iria entrar em contato, até hoje não tive um retorno já tem uma semana, sendo q assim q eu saí da clínica me ligaram só que deixei o celular em casa e acabei nao atendendo, entrei com contato no zap aí a moça disse que não foi ela que ligou e no outro dia ela ia ver com a outra secretaria se foi ele que ligou e me ligaria, já tem 5 dias que eu to no vácuo no zap.. palhaçada e falta de profissionalismo!
I do not indicate the clinic, I went to do an evaluation and I was asked to go another day because the orthodontic specialist was not and the other denstitas could not say my problem (and it is nothing much). I was the day the specialist was and she also could not inform me, asking for help to another dentist and the msm said he was going to talk to another dentist friend of his work, and asked p I come back later because he would contact, until Today I did not have a return for a week, so when I left the clinic they called me but I left the phone at home and ended up not answering, I contacted the zap there the girl said it was not she who called and the other day she would see with the other secretary if it was he who called and would call me, already has 5 days I'm in vacuum in the zap .. clowning and lack of professionalism!
