★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu iniciei o tratamento ortodôntico com a Dentista Camila Rocha Fernandes em Ipatinga/MG. Disse a ela que queria arrumar os meus dentes para o meu casamento. Ela garantiu que em março daria pra tirar o aparelho. Chegou a data de tirar; meus dentes estavam tortos e ainda com espaços entre um dente e outro, ela lixou e não conseguiu fechar. Passei por muita dor por conta disso, Fui muito mal atendida. Ela colocou um curativo errado, eu desmaiei de dor, fui procura-la pra pedir ajuda e ela não me respondeu. Passei por uma péssima experiencia com ela, acreditei em tudo que ela me disse, foi uma frustração atras da outra. Paguei um tratamento sem resultados e com prejuízos. Depois ela prometeu que pagaria meu tratamento ortodôntico com outro dentista e não cumpriu também. Estou horrorizada.
I started orthodontic treatment with Dentist Camila Rocha Fernandes in Ipatinga/MG. I told her I wanted to get my teeth fixed for my wedding. She guaranteed that in March it would be possible to take the device off. The take-off date has arrived; my teeth were crooked and still with spaces between one tooth and the other, it rubbed and couldn't close. I went through a lot of pain because of this, I was very poorly attended. She put a wrong dressing, I fainted from the pain, I went to her to ask for help and she didn't answer me. I went through a bad experience with her, I believed everything she told me, it was one frustration after another. I paid for a treatment with no results and with losses. Then she promised to pay for my orthodontic treatment with another dentist and she didn't do it either. I'm horrified.
