★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abandonou meu tratamento no meio , alegando gravidez e impossibilidade de usar raio x. Nunca vi um profissional abandonar o paciente sem ter ao menos concluído o serviço por um motivo desses. Se é uma clínica com vários profissionais que me atendiam, não faz sentido tal alegação .
He abandoned my treatment in the middle, claiming pregnancy and the impossibility of using x-rays. I have never seen a professional leave the patient without at least completing the service for such a reason. If it is a clinic with several professionals who attended to me, such a claim does not make sense.

Terrible! The mocking dentist, took little notice when I went because I had a health insurance, feel a certain rejection.... I liked the values, but the dentist's little concern, terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos profissionais, lhe tratam como linha de produção, apenas querem fazer a limpeza e ficar com o dinheiro do convênio. Liguei antes perguntando se poderiam resolver um problema de Coroa, agendamos a consulta, no dia ela nem perguntou sobre meu problema, simplesmente já foi iniciando a limpeza. Ao final questionei se ela não sabia o meu motivo de procurá-la e se não havia reparado que a coroa estava caindo, não deu nem bola, simplesmente passou um cimento, bem mal passado por sinal, e alegou que dependeria de uma panorâmica, ficaram de mandar a guia via Whats e estou aguardando até hoje, já vão para 3 semanas. Não indico a ninguém, inclusive já fiz a reclamação junto a Amil.
Bad professionals, they treat you like a production line, they just want to do the cleaning and keep the money from the agreement. I called before asking if they could solve a Crown problem, we scheduled the appointment, on the day she didn't even ask about my problem, she just started cleaning. In the end I questioned if she didn't know my reason for looking for her and if she hadn't noticed that the crown was falling, she didn't care, she simply applied cement, very rare by the way, and claimed that it would depend on a panoramic view, they were to send the guide via Whats and I'm waiting until today, it's already been 3 weeks. I don't recommend it to anyone, I've even filed a complaint with Amil.

passei lá pelo convenio e fui tratada super bem
o horário para agendar as consultas são bem flexiveis
eu cheguei lá com um canal já feito, precisei somente colocar a coroa provisória.. elas tiveram um maior cuidado pra ver se estava tudo ok no canal, antes de fazer o procedimento da coroa

I went there through the convention and was treated very well.
The time to schedule appointments is very flexible
I got there with a root canal already done, I just needed to put on the temporary crown.. they were more careful to see if everything was ok in the canal, before doing the crown procedure
