Fui prontamente atendida apos ligar e marquei uma consulta para o mesmo dia, em 20 minutos me já estavam me atendendo, parece ter todos os tratamentos, todos os dias. tudo sem demora e com qualidade. Mas ligue e agende, ou realmente não atendem , vi uma garota insistir para o dentista colocar o aparelho, sem que ela marcasse; não adiantou, saiu sem atendimento e reclamando; acho certo não atenderem qualquer um que bate na porta.

Meu marido quebrou os dois dentes da frente e foi nele no domingo para refazer o mesmo com resina, no dia seguinte deu pra ver o quanto ficou horrível, sem acabamento, com uma linha funda mostrando nitidamente onde começa e onde termina a resina, partes mais altas visíveis aos olhos e um dente maior que o outro. Eu liguei perguntando se poderíamos ir lá para que ele arrumasse e ele disse que não, que se quisesse um serviço melhor, teríamos que pagar, pois aquilo era provisório. Eu expliquei que eu tenho resina e que a minha não aparece, que eu sei como funciona. A resposta do mesmo foi que então ele teria que procurar um dentista em dia útil, pois o trabalho dele de domingo era provisório, porém, o preço não é nada compatível, pois pagamos bem mais caro por se tratar de um serviço de urgência em um final de semana. Resumindo: PÉSSIMO PROFISSIONAL, TRABALHO DE PORCO!

My husband broke both front teeth and went to him on Sunday to redo it with resin, the next day I could see how horrible it was, without finishing, with a deep line showing clearly where the resin starts and ends, parts more high visible to the eyes and one tooth larger than the other. I called asking if we could go there so he could fix it and he said no, that if he wanted a better service, we would have to pay, because it was temporary. I explained that I have resin and that mine does not appear, that I know how it works. His answer was that then he would have to look for a dentist on a working day, as his Sunday work was provisional, however, the price is not at all compatible, as we paid a lot more for it is an emergency service in a weekend. In short: Poor PROFESSIONAL, PIG JOB!

Se você não é nosso paciente, pode previamente agendar consulta para tratamentos conosco. Se sua necessidade é de uma consulta de urgência sugerimos que procure seu dentista habitual, visto que esse tipo de atendimento não é tratamento, mas sim uma TENTATIVA de aliviar o problema em questão; geralmente o custo da consulta e procedimentos imediatos de urgência são maiores e os resultados piores, se comparados a tratamentos previamente planejados.
Não atendemos a convenios, mas pode solicitar um plano de tratamento próprio do consultório.

We perform various dental treatments, including during special hours. The office is available 24 hours a day to our active patients, for scheduling appointments, including emergency.
If you are not our patient, you can previously schedule an appointment for treatments with us. If your need is for an emergency consultation, we suggest that you see your usual dentist, since this type of care is not treatment, but an ATTEMPT to alleviate the problem in question; generally the cost of the consultation and immediate emergency procedures are higher and the results worse, when compared to previously planned treatments.
We do not attend agreements, but you can request a treatment plan specific to the office.

Thank you HAPPY I was referred to this office, it was the most necessary service I've ever had, excellent. If they didn't answer me here, I would have to go across town and spend a bill; or wait Monday to go where I started the treatment, the dentist does not work on duty.
