★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Fui apenas pedir uma informação e a recepcionista (uma senhora loira) pediu para esperar fora da recepção, me tratou com descaso e ainda virou as costas e me deixou falando sozinho. Falta de humildade e empatia. Desumano e grosseria é a palavra correta.
Bad experience. I was just asking for information and the receptionist (a blonde lady) asked to wait outside the reception, treated me carelessly and even turned her back and left me talking to myself. Lack of humility and empathy. Inhuman and rude is the correct word.
