★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui numa consulta marcada pelo link do Whatsapp as 17H, chegando ao local em São Cristóvão, a recepcionista disse que o dentista so atende até as 16h e que minha consulta havia sido demarcada! Isso e um descaso, não me ligaram, no tel e site diz que e aberto até as 18h.
Agendei, me preparei cheguei antes do horário e simplesmente disse que não poderia fazer nada!! Estou revoltada com a dental 21 de SãoCristóvão.
Pessoas totalmente despreparadas para atendimento .
I went to an appointment marked by the Whatsapp link at 5 pm, arriving at the place in São Cristóvão, the receptionist said that the dentist only works until 4 pm and that my appointment had been scheduled! That and a disregard, they didn't call me, on the tel and website it says it's open until 6pm.
I booked, I got ready before I got there and I simply said I couldn't do anything !! I am disgusted with dental 21 in SãoCristóvão.
People totally unprepared for care.

Chocada !! Que eu saiba protético faz bloco não cimenta !!! Zero zero zero !! Tamanho despreparo !!! Nunca mais voltarei !!!! Não sei o nome

Horrible service !! I went to the Recreio mall unit, because my block fell and the dentist informed me that they did not cement the block, that it was the prosthetic who did it!!! Shocked!! As far as I know, prosthetics do not cement blocks!!! Zero zero zero !! Unprepared size!!! I will never come back !!!! I do not know the name
