★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atrasei pois horário de pico na taquara é aquilo né, estava agendada as 17h, cheguei as 17:17 dentro do consultório,pois para ter acesso ao consultorio precisa fazer cadastro na recepção, só ai se perde 5 minutos, chegando ao consultorio arecepcionista me disse assim: voce é a paciente das 17h? Eu disse sim, ela disse não vamos poder te atender pq vc se atrasou, eu disse: puxa podia ter ligado para informar, ela respondeu, a culpa não foi minha se vc sr atrasou, fui distratada pq me atrasei, resumindo nunca mais volto nesse lugar.

Muita atenção!!
Fechei contrato para tratamento do meu dente com aparelho + alinhador (tratamento híbrido) e escolhi o modelo de porcelana por ser mais discreto.
Começando por nunca ter recebido a minha via do contrato.
Me disseram q iriam ligar para marcar a minha instalação e nunca ligaram, quando marquei, instalaram o convencional. Na hora pedi para tirar pois não foi o contratado. A dentista disse q iria verificar, ao voltar, pediu mil perdões pelo fato e que realmente não foi o que eu contratei.
Disse para voltar na semana seguinte pois não tinha o meu aparelho lá. Ok, voltei. Nisso disseram que eu não contratei o de porcelana, que seria o aparelho convencional e ainda estão me cobrando multa caso eu deseja cancelar o contrato kkkk é piada né.
TOMEI MUITO CUIDADO AO FECHAR QUALQUER TIPO DE SERVIÇO COM ESSA EMPRESA

I closed a contract for the treatment of my tooth with braces + aligner (hybrid treatment) and chose the porcelain model for being more discreet.
Starting with never having received my copy of the contract.
They told me they would call to schedule my installation and they never called, when I did, they installed the conventional one. At the time I asked to take it off because it wasn't the contracted one. The dentist said she would check it, when she returned, she asked a thousand pardons for the fact and that it really wasn't what I hired.
I said to come back the following week as I didn't have my device there. Okay, back. They said that I didn't hire the porcelain one, which would be the conventional device and they're still charging me a fine if I want to cancel the contract lol it's a joke right.
I HAVE BEEN VERY CAREFUL IN CLOSING ANY TYPE OF SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida e fizeram minha avaliação dental e até esse ponto estava tudo certo. Fizeram meu atendimento e falaram que eu teria que colocar aparelho, avisei que por agora eu não tinha condições e iria utilizar o que o meu plano me oferecia. Logo depois pediram para eu voltar a recepção e aguardar para ser feita a limpeza. Eu já estava sentada quando falaram que meu plano não autorizou. Passei mais de 30min. com a doutora que estava avaliando se eu precisava colocar aparelho e pq não falaram quando eu estava em atendimento com ela que meu plano não tinha autorizado a limpeza? Esperaram tentar fechar um pacote caríssimo do aparelho, mandaram eu voltar p recepção ficar aguardando mais 10min. para eu entrar na sala de outra doutora e falarem que meu plano não tinha autoy. Sendo que é mentira, entrei em contato com o meu plano e me informaram que nada dói negado e nem tenho carência, pois está tudo ativo. O que me pareceu foi que não quiseram realizar meu atendimento

Since it's a lie, I contacted my plan and they informed me that nothing hurts denied and I don't even have a shortage, because everything is active. What it seemed to me was that they didn't want to perform my service
