Atender a necessidade do paciente ja fui 3 vezes com obturação para fazer, um dia falam precisa de raio x voltei outro dia e remarcaram mais um dia para fazer procedimento e chegando proximo a data remarcaram novamente perdi 3 dias indo a clinica atoa ja voltei ate com dor, fui em outra e acabei de fazer uma obturação no primeiro dia de atendimento. Talvez o atendimento seja melhor para quem pague em dinheiro porque pelo plano e triste.
Great structure and comfort, great service super friendly. But do you know what is missing? To meet the patient's need, I have already gone 3 times with a filling to do, one day they say they need an x-ray I came back the other day and they rescheduled another day to do the procedure and when the date comes close they rescheduled again I lost 3 days going to the clinic for nothing I came back even with pain, I went to another one and I just had a filling on the first day of care. Perhaps the service is better for those who pay in cash because the plan is sad.
