★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei porque tem "24h" no nome do consultório se não funciona de tal forma. Ontem (02/03) fui às 23:40 para tratar de um caso emergencial e simplesmente ninguém atendeu o interfone, tentei mais algumas vezes, liguei para o telefone e nada. Fui a um estabelecimento próximo e me informaram que o "doutor é assim mesmo, às vezes ele vai embora. Tem muita gente que aparece procurando ele de noite". Ou seja, não fui a primeira nem serei a última, pelo visto. Sugiro que mude o nome do consultório ou contrate algum profissional para cobrir o turno da noite/madrugada. Graças a Deus tem o consultório ODOCLYNI a duas quadras de distância. Me atenderam super bem e realmente funciona 24h!
I don't know why there is "24h" in the name of the office if it doesn't work in such a way. Yesterday (02/03) I went to 23:40 to deal with an emergency case and simply no one answered the intercom, I tried a few more times, I called the phone and nothing. I went to a nearby establishment and I was told that "the doctor is like that, sometimes he leaves. There are many people who come looking for him at night". In other words, I was not the first nor will I be the last, apparently. I suggest you change the name of the office or hire a professional to cover the night / dawn shift. Thank goodness we have the ODOCLYNI office two blocks away. They served me very well and it really works 24h!

Por que aceitam o plano entao? S na hora de atenderem ficam cheio de buRROcracia? Bando de incompetentes! Tempo é dinheiro, e o meu vale MUITO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse dar avaliação negativa, eu daria. Quando cheguei ao consultório, estava tranquilo, pois, em tese, dentistas iriam ver o meu problema e resolve-lo. Entretanto, na realidade, fui praticamente torturado. Realizou um procedimento de extração do dente sem ter um raiox completo do meu dente (não era possível visualizar a raiz), as anestesias não pegavam, pois estava com um quadro infeccioso forte. E o pior, não conseguiu extrair o dente, mudou o procedimento para sepultamento da raiz, mas deixou metade da coroa do dente dentro da minha gengiva. No momento tem quase um mês o procedimento, se eu não administro nenhum remedio que cesse dor, tenho dores diárias e extremamente fortes, tive que fazer 3 exames já e vou ter que entrar no centro cirúrgico para retirada total do dente.... Enfim, acho que com o relato acima, irei ajudar a outras pessoas não tomarem a decisão infeliz que tomei de ir tentar ajuda nesse local..

I performed a tooth extraction procedure without having a complete x-ray of my tooth (it was not possible to see the root), the anesthesia did not catch, as I had a strong infectious condition. Worse, I was unable to extract the tooth, changed the procedure for burying the root, but left half the crown of the tooth inside my gum. At the moment there is almost a month of the procedure, if I do not administer any remedy that ceases pain, I have daily and extremely severe pains, I had to do 3 exams now and I will have to enter the surgical center for total tooth removal .... Anyway , I think with the above report, I will help other people not to make the unfortunate decision I made to go and try to help in that place ..

Tive que ligar para minha cunhada que é endodontista para orientar o "profissional". Fui de lá para um hospital fazer analgesia endovenosa. O local deveria se chamar "o albergue". Merecido de denúncia.
Worst experience of my life. I felt like I was in a torture movie. The professional wanted to perform a pulpectomy without adequate anesthesia. I had to call my sister-in-law who is an endodontist to guide the "professional". I went from there to a hospital for intravenous analgesia. The place should be called "the hostel". Deserved complaint.
