★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperar 3 horas para fazer uma manutenção simples é sem cabimento. Pensem se seus clientes não trabalham ou tem compromisso... Observem o quadro de funcionários e se não vale a pena incluir mais profissionais. Só tem um dentista para uma das maiores demandas (aparelho ortodôntico).
A concorrência tem manutenção mais batata e o tempo de aguardo é bem menor, só não troquei ainda pois já paguei parte do tratamento.
Não adianta ter um serviço bom e ser tão inacessível.
Waiting 3 hours for simple maintenance is out of place. Think about whether your customers do not work or have a commitment... Look at the staff and if it is not worth it to include more professionals. There is only one dentist for one of the biggest demands (orthodontic appliance).
The competition has more potato maintenance and the waiting time is much shorter, I just haven't changed it yet because I've already paid part of the treatment.
It's no use having good service and being so inaccessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DESDE O PRIMEIRO ATENDIMENTO SÓ TENHO DOR DE CABEÇA COM ESSA CLÍNICA!
Mudaram a data e horário do meu procedimento de implante sem nenhum aviso prévio. Avisaram que o procedimento era a parte de 8h e as 8h15 estavam me ligando para chegar ao consultório, como se tivessem marcado um horário comigo.
No procedimento de colocação da coroa, que foi agendado em agosto/21 ficou marcado para ser feito dia 26/11/2021 e hoje 22/11/2021 a clínica me informa que o mesmo foi remarcado para 25/11/2021 as 9h sem aviso prévio. E só fiquei sabendo da informação porque eu entrei em contato com a clínica. A Sub-Gerente Franciele teve a audácia em me dizer que já sabia que meu o dentista não podia me atender a semanas atrás, mas que eles só avisavam que a data foi remarcada na véspera do procedimento.
Sorte minha que tenho todos os áudios e conversas guardados como prova, pq certamente eles iriam querer desmentir a conversa.
NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE CONSULTÓRIO! FALTA DE COMPROMISSO COM PACIENTE.
Na hora da gente fechar o serviço todo mundo é atencioso, mas depois é só dor de cabeça.
Se pudesse, eu dava ZERO estrelas na avaliação!
Inclusive fiz essa mesma reclamação pelo Instagram da clínica e eles apagaram 2 vezes o meu comentário e não respondem as mensagens pelo whatsapp. DESCASO TOTAL E FATA DE RESPEITO COM O PACIENTE.
SINCE THE FIRST CARE I'VE ONLY HAD A HEADACHE WITH THIS CLINIC!
They changed the date and time of my implant procedure without any prior notice. They told me that the procedure was the 8am part and at 8:15am they were calling me to get to the office, as if they had made an appointment with me.
In the procedure for placing the crown, which was scheduled in August/21, it was scheduled to be done on 11/26/2021 and today 11/22/2021 the clinic informs me that it was rescheduled for 11/25/2021 at 9 am without early warning. And I only found out about the information because I contacted the clinic. Assistant Manager Franciele had the audacity to tell me that she already knew that my dentist couldn't see me weeks ago, but that they only told me that the date was rescheduled the day before the procedure.
Lucky for me I have all the audios and conversations saved as evidence, because they would certainly want to disprove the conversation.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! LACK OF COMMITMENT TO THE PATIENT.
When we close the service, everyone is attentive, but afterwards it's just a headache.
If I could, I would give ZERO stars in the rating!
I even made the same complaint on the clinic's Instagram and they deleted my comment twice and don't respond to messages on whatsapp. TOTAL DISCLAIMER AND RESPECT FOR THE PATIENT.
