★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dificuldade no agendamento de Manutenção Ortodôntica, pois quando fechei o contrato a dentista anterior realizava atendimento 03 vezes por semana, trocaram a dentista sem aviso prévio e não mantiveram os mesmos dias de atendimento. Reduzindo e limitando o atendimento para 01 vez na semana e apenas na sexta feira! Vale ressaltar que já cheguei a realizar atendimento Ortodôntico com Dentista que nem especializado em Ortondontia era, apenas como uma forma de "quebrar o galho" e eu não ficar sem atendimento.
Deixo registrado a minha insatisfação e já deixo claro que não irei mais atender telefonemas com pedidos de desculpas e etc, pois já passei por isso anteriormente prometem tudo e no final acontece tudo novamente.

Reducing and limiting service to 01 time a week and only on Friday! It is noteworthy that I have already performed orthodontic care with a dentist who was not even specialized in orthodontics, just as a way of "breaking the branch" and not being left unattended.
I register my dissatisfaction and make it clear that I will no longer answer phone calls with apologies, etc., as I have been through this before, they promise everything and in the end everything happens again.
