Não por mim, pelo próprio funcionário que se encontra no caixa/gerência do estabelecimento, como pode ser tão arrogante e ignorante. Sem senso, sem educação. Como se eles estivessem fazendo um favor em nos vender.
Fui nesta segunda dia 06 de Agosto comprar um tênis para meu pai ( devido aos dias dos pais, ja estava procurando algo), de princípio muito bem recepcionada pelo vendedor, que por sinal muito proativo. Chegando ao caixa já me deparei com uma situação chata, na qual vejo o suposto "gerente" negava uma troca. Me calei pois não sabia dos fatos. Comprei o tênis e satiafeita sai. Porém no dia seguinte ( hoje), o meu pai foi trocar o tênis pois um pouco apertado. E relatado pelo mesmo, novamente acontece a mesma situação na qual presenciei no dia anterior. Foi solicitado o preenchimento de um formulário de troca, meu pai ao informar que não tinha o cpf decorado e que iria pegar. O caixa/gerencia já pegou o formulário das mãos do meu pai, riscou e em um ato indelicado já falou que não teria mais troca nenhuma. No final de tudo foi feita a troca depois de muita desisnteligencia. Hoje não indico essa loja, não pelo vendedores ou produtos. E sim pelo péssimo atendimento do caixa/gerência da loja do shopping eldorado.
Is there any way to reset the stars? Unfortunately this is not the first time that I have been through such an unpleasant situation. Not for me, for the employee who is at the cashier / management of the establishment, how can he be so arrogant and ignorant. No sense, no education. As if they were doing us a favor by selling us.
I went on this second day of August 6th to buy a sneaker for my father (due to the parents' days, I was already looking for something), at first very well received by the seller, who by the way was very proactive. Arriving at the checkout I already came across a boring situation, in which I see the supposed "manager" denied an exchange. I shut up because I didn't know the facts. I bought the tennis shoes and satiafeita left. But the next day (today), my father went to change his shoes because it was a little tight. And reported by the same, again the same situation happens that I witnessed the day before. My father was asked to fill in an exchange form, informing me that he did not have the cpf decorated and that he would get it. The cashier / manager already took the form from my father's hands, crossed it out and in an impolite act he said that there would be no more exchange. At the end of the day the exchange was made after a lot of lack of intelligence. Today I do not recommend this store, not for the sellers or products. And yes for the poor service of the cashier / store management of the Eldorado shopping mall.

Great service from the seller, but when paying, the cashier did not accept the card from the store itself, and said he would only pay in 2 installments without explaining the reasons.
