Comprei um tênis dia 16-02-2019 i só depois que fiz o pagamento eoes falaram que não timha como dar cupom fiscal , falaram ora passar durante a semana ,ja passei 3x ate agora do enrolando falando que a maquina esta quebrada , melhor coisa que vou fazer er ir direto no Procon " acho que fica mais fácil pra eles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja na semana do dia das maes, solicitei um tênis ALL star na cor cinza, a vendedora foi no estoque e não estava encontrando.
Aí um rapaz gritou para vendeora que estava no estoque, o mostruário é o número que o cliente quer.. falei pra ele que era presente que não queria o mostruário. Ele insistiu esse mostruário eu coloquei na loja ontem. Eu falei está sujo!
A vendedora gritou do estoque novamente, não estou encontrando! Aí veio a resposta do rapaz, se quiser levar vai ser esse.
Respondi! Obrigado. Não vou levar.
Fiquei mais chateado porque eu nem saí da loja, ele gritou para vendedora, já resolvi! O cliente não vai querer.

Trate bem o seu cliente porque se o Detran sair do shopping vocês voltam as moscas....
I was at the store the week of Mother's Day, I ordered a gray ALL star sneaker, the saleswoman was in stock and was not finding it.
Then a guy shouted to a saleswoman who was in stock, the showcase is the number the customer wants. I told him it was a gift that he didn't want the showcase. He insisted this showcase I put in the store yesterday. I said it's dirty!
The saleswoman screamed from the stock again, I can't find it! Then came the boy's answer, if you want to take it, this will be it.
I answered! Thank you. I won't take it.
I was more upset because I didn't even leave the store, he shouted at the saleswoman, I already decided! The customer will not want to.

Treat your customer well because if Detran leaves the mall you will be back to the flies ....
