★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente pequeno sem espaço para atender o público, passei quase 4 horas aguardando para fazer um exame de secreção pois só poderia ser feito após a colheita de sangue de todas as pessoas q estavam lá e depois ainda tive q esperar + 30m para a pessoa q estava atendendo tomar café achei abusivo o atendimento
Small environment with no space to serve the public, I spent almost 4 hours waiting to do a secretion exam because it could only be done after blood collection from all the people who were there and then I still had to wait + 30m for the person who was there attending drinking coffee I found the service abusive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. O laboratório entregou um código e uma senha para retirar o resultado no site. Mas quando digita a senha, informa que a senha está inválida. Como poderei retirar o resultado ? Se nem o telefone eles disponibilizam. E qual garantia teremos que esse resultado é confiável.
Terrible. The lab delivered a code and password to retrieve the result on the website. But when you type the password, it informs you that the password is invalid. How can I get the result? If not even the phone they provide. And what guarantee will we have that this result is reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, o lugar dá nojo e a funcionária Flávia é extremamente mal educada. Os resultados demoram a sair, daqui que saia você já deve ter melhorado ou morrido. Se você tiver condições, vá em outro laboratório, pague mais caro mas não tenha arrependimentos.
The service is terrible, the place is disgusting and the employee Flávia is extremely rude. The results take a long time to come out, from now on you may have already improved or died. If you can afford it, go to another lab, pay more but have no regrets.
