★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que a secretária de educação não se importa com as pessoas . Tem um número de telefone onde ninguém atende pra lhe passar uma informação antes de vc ter que ir lá . Lugar longe pra vc dar viagem perdida e não resolver o que vc quer , não entendo pq eles não atendem o telefone , não entendo pq não há outro meio de comunicação pra que as pessoas consigam entrar em contato . Muito triste pois vou ter que gastar dinheiro da passagem pra ir lá sem saber a documentação que precisa levar pra receber meu certificado , sem saber se eu posso tá retirando, e se tá pronto pq não atendem o telefone.
I think the education secretary doesn't care about people. It has a phone number where no one answers to give you information before you have to go there. Far away place for you to miss a trip and not solve what you want, I don't understand why they don't answer the phone, I don't understand why there is no other means of communication for people to get in touch. Very sad because I'm going to have to spend money on the ticket to go there without knowing the documentation I need to take to receive my certificate, not knowing if I can get it, and if it's ready because they don't answer the phone.

Venho solicitar que entrem em contato com os alunos que interromperam os estudos do EJA ensino médio das escolas José de Alencar e Angélica Gurgel, ambas no Centro de Messejana, pra que eles possam concluírem os estudos, visto que, tem quem more bem perto, já terminou o ensino fundamental e precisa reforçar o aprendizado pra avançar em alguns projetos.
Peço que consigam adaptar o conteúdo do EJA para a vida do aluno adulto, com coisas mais praticáveis no dia a dia deles que costumam ser trabalhadores, donas de casas e tem mais idade que o pessoal do ensino regular.
Melhor ainda, vocês disponibilizarem o turno da manhã e da tarde para os adultos também concluírem o EJA presencialmente e inclusive ajudarem-nos a se prepararem para a prova do ENCEJA e do ENEM, reforçando o quão interessados na educação de jovens e adultos vocês são, até porque, infelizmente, saiu uma estatística no jornal, apontando que no Ceará, Fortaleza, tem mais de 50% dos adultos ANALFABETOS E SEMIANALFABETOS, por isso, priorizem a solução desse problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem, não foi uma das melhores. Estava pesquisando em como requisitar a segunda via de um certificado. No site diz como, mas ao clicar na ação desejada, a página não carrega. Aí, para tentar obter mais informações abri uma manifestação na Ouvidoria para que me esclarecessem como proceder já que a página não funcionava e não liguei pois já passava do horário comercial. Me responderam até que rápido mas a resposta não ajudou tanto, pois apenas dizia os passos que eu já tinha feito. Se eu disse que a página não funcionava, que me dessem outro link, alguma outra solução, mas não. Deram dois números de telefone para contato do setor de Documentação Escolar, nenhum dos dois atende. Parece que o jeito de te responderem algo é abrindo reclamação, reclamação e mais reclamação. Liguei para o 155 que é o telefone da Ouvidoria, nesse fui atendido tá e fui muito bem tratada pelas duas atendentes, o negócio é que elas reabriram a minha reclamação duas vezes pois as respostas que o setor da Seduc dava não eram satisfatórias e não davam solução alguma. Apenas repetia o que eu já sabia, não liam direito o que estava sendo pedido ali. Hoje pela manhã recebo uma ligação da Ouvidoria a respeito das manifestações, que eram sempre reabertas e finalmente alguém me arranja uma solução. A página realmente está com problema e está sendo resolvido, mas se não for possível esperar, tem que ir até lá e preencher um requerimento, se possível levar o histórico escolar para agilizar. É uma pena, pois é longe para chuchu, dependendo de onde você sai e acredito que esse processo de emissão demore, então quanto mais cedo ir para resolver, melhor.
E como eu falei, tive que abrir reclamação, reabrir( na última ligação já estava frustada afff pessoal não sabe ler uma reclamação não)para obter uma resposta. Então gente, reclamem na ouvidoria! No meu caso, deu certo. Pena que não tão rápido, quase dois dias nesse roda roda Jequiti.
Well, it wasn't the best. I was researching how to request a duplicate certificate. On the website it says how, but when I click on the desired action, the page does not load. Then, to try to get more information, I opened a statement to the Ombudsman to clarify how to proceed since the page didn't work and I didn't call because it was past business hours. They answered me fast but the answer didn't help much, because it only said the steps I had already done. If I said the page didn't work, give me another link, some other solution, but no. They gave two phone numbers to contact the School Documentation sector, neither answer. It seems that the way they answer you something is to file complaint, complaint and more complaint. I called 155, which is the telephone number for the Ombudsman's Office, I was answered there and I was treated very well by the two attendants, the thing is that they reopened my complaint twice because the answers that the Seduc sector gave were not satisfactory and did not give no solution. I was just repeating what I already knew, they didn't quite read what was being asked there. This morning I get a call from the Ombudsman about the demonstrations, which were always reopened and finally someone finds me a solution. The page really has a problem and is being resolved, but if it's not possible to wait, you have to go there and fill out an application, if possible take your school transcript to speed up. It's a shame as it's far to chayote depending on where you hang out and I believe this issue process takes time so the sooner you go to resolve it the better.
And as I said, I had to open a complaint, reopen it (on the last call I was already frustrated afff people don't know how to read a complaint) to get an answer. So guys, complain to the ombudsman! In my case, it worked. Too bad it's not so fast, almost two days on this Jequiti wheel.
