★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei o dia tentado ligar para resolver um problema. Foram mais de 40 ligações. Em algumas delas, era atendida, explicava a solicitação e era "derrubada" a ligação. Como era uma solicitação urgente, me desloquei até lá e, claro, NAO FUI ATENDIDA, a desculpa (pois já conheciam meu caso, sem solucao), foi de que o responsável estava em reunião! Um verdadeiro DESCASO COM O CONTRIBUINTE DE SBC!
I spent the day trying to call to resolve a problem. There were more than 40 calls. In some of them, the request was answered, the request was explained and the call was "dropped". As it was an urgent request, I went there and, of course, I WAS NOT ATTENDED, the excuse (as they already knew my case, without a solution) was that the person responsible was in a meeting!
