★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma única parcela de IPTU vencimento 01/2001, isso mesmo 2001. Prescrita por lei. Fui pedir a baixa para receber a certidão negativa de débito. Daí vem a boa parte para a prefeitura, pedindo a baixa a certidão só sai com 60 dias, tive que pagar 79,,51 para receber no mesmo dia. Ou seja , paguei para receber um direito adquirido.????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento e pessimo. Estive ai fiquei numa fila gigantesca, expliquei o que eu queria o rapaz da recepcao disse para eu fazer no site e nao existe esta opcao. Moro em Gravata e agora terei que ir ate la outra vez.
The service is terrible. I was there, I was in a huge line, I explained what I wanted, the guy at the reception told me to do it on the website and there is no such option. I live in Tie and now I'll have to go there again.

The person who served me Mrs Sandra, very attentive and kind, knowledgeable about the service and helped me a lot. More until I get to the service, a lot of waiting, I spent an hour and thirty minutes waiting to be answered....absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para pessoas físicas que precisam apenas emitir o boleto do IPTU é ótimo porque esse serviço está disponível no site mas para pessoas jurídicas que precisam resolver pendências sobre CIM, ISS ou solicitar outros serviços para sua empresa, precisam ir até aí quando poderiam resolver tudo peia internet também.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os olindenses e os seus servidores, merecem um lugar melhor para ser atendido e para trabalhar. Horrível o local!! No meu caso, nem sinal do celular funcionou. Agendamento para as 12:00, atendido as 12:30. Local fácil de achar e com muito lugar para estacionar. Acesso a cadeirantes não segue o padrão, mas dar para ser atendido.
Olindenses and their servers deserve a better place to be served and to work. Horrible place!! In my case, the cell phone signal didn't work. Appointment for 12:00, attended at 12:30. Easy to find and plenty of parking space. Wheelchair access does not follow the standard, but it can be attended to.
