Fiz uma reserva a alguns meses atrås para a data do dia 4 a 8/11. Local: Vila Santorini - rua Princesa Alexandra, 160 - Ponta das Canas, Ilhabela - SP, 11630-000. Paguei antecipadamente 1800,00. As informaçÔes do site diziam ser um lugar maravilhoso,
igual a Santorini na Grecia e possuĂa boas recomendacoes. Conversei com o proprietĂĄrio pelo watzap , Sr. Reinaldo que me pareceu uma pessoa idĂŽnea. Comecei a estranhar que as vezes o hotel sumia do booking. Que quase nunca tinha vaga, sempre esgotado.
No dia 4 fui ao endereço e ao chegar, me deparei com um portĂŁo fechado. Fiquei quarenta minutos chamando e nada. JĂĄ estava acreditando que tinha caĂdo em um golpe, quando percebi que o cadeado estava aberto. Entrei no local que estava totalmente escuro e fui tateando atĂ© encontrar um interruptor. O local todo Ă© mal iluminado. Ao ir ao banheiro, me deparei com a primeira barata. Tentei encontrar outro banheiro e tive a mesma surpresa. Entrei na cozinha e vi vĂĄrios pacotes de comida abertos, uma bagunça e mais baratas. Na pia tinham restos de carne e trĂȘs baratas mortas. Na churrasqueira haviam duas grelhas sujas e umas 10 baratas comento o resto de comida depositado ali.
A roupa de cama tinha aparĂȘncia de suja e encontrei uma espĂ©cie de lavanderia aberta, com baratas por todos os lados, com roupas de cama, mesa e banho expostas, onde os insetos podiam andar livremente. A piscina estava lotada de folhas.
Fiquei lå por certa de uma hora e consegui finalmente falar com o Sr. Reinaldo. Fiz uma reclamação sobre o que estava acontecendo e ele fez vårios deboches. Disse que a piscina estava suja porque é primavera e que a hospedagem é o que estava sendo proposto no site mas é mentira. No site fala que hå serviço de quarto, bar e café da manhã e da forma como ele estava agindo é como se eu estivesse alugando um quartinho em uma casa.
Sai daquele lugar nojento e me hospedei no Nautilus. Ao relatar o que havia ocorrido, a atendente me disse que na semana passada um casal havia tentado se hospedar no Nautilus também, mas não tinha vaga e relatou o mesmo que eståvamos dizendo sobre a enganação da Vila Grega.
O que me deixa indignada Ă© que ao contatar o booking, o mesmo disse que nĂŁo poderia fazer nada e que era para eu resolver com o proprietĂĄrio que Ă© um safado, estelionatĂĄrio.
Vou ao Procon, a prefeitura de Ilha Bela, a vigilùncia sanitåria e abrirei reparação moral contra o booking e contra o Sr. Reinaldo. Eu quero meu dinheiro de volta, sem contar que vou ficar para o resto da vida com essa humilhação em minha cabeça

I made a reservation a few months ago for the date from 4 to 8/11. Location: Santorini Village - Princess Alexandra Street, 160 - Ponta das Canas, Ilhabela - SP, 11630-000. I paid in advance 1800.00. The information on the site said it was a wonderful place,
like Santorini in Greece and had good recommendations. I talked to the owner about the watzap, Mr. Reinaldo, who seemed to me a suitable person. I started to wonder that sometimes the hotel disappeared from booking. That almost never had vacancy, always sold out.
On the 4th I went to the address and upon arriving, I came across a closed gate. I was forty minutes calling and nothing. I was already believing I had fallen for a blow when I realized that the lock was open. I entered the place that was totally dark and groped until I found a switch. The whole place is poorly lit. While going to the bathroom, I came across the first cockroach. I tried to find another bathroom and had the same surprise. I entered the kitchen and saw several open food packages, a mess and cheaper. In the sink were meat scraps and three dead cockroaches. On the barbecue there were two dirty grills and about 10 cockroaches comment on the rest of the food deposited there.
The bedding looked dirty and I found a kind of open laundry room, with cockroaches on all sides, with exposed bedding, bath and table, where insects could walk freely. The pool was packed with leaves.
I stayed there for about an hour and was finally able to talk to Mr. Reinaldo. I made a complaint about what was going on and he made several debauches. He said the pool was dirty because it is spring and that hosting is what was being proposed on the site but it's a lie. On the website it says that there is room service, bar and breakfast and the way he was acting is like I was renting a little room in a house.
I left that disgusting place and stayed at Nautilus. To report what had happened, the clerk told me that in the last week a couple had tried to stay at the Nautilus too, but had no vacancy and reported the same as we were saying about the deception of the Greek Village.
What makes me angry is that when I contacted the booking, he said that he could do nothing and that I was supposed to settle with the owner who is a naughty, estelionate.
I go to Procon, Ilha Bela City Hall, the sanitary surveillance and open moral reparation against booking and against Mr. Reinaldo. I want my money back, not to mention I'll stay for the rest of my life with this humiliation in my head
