Não é mais aquela pessoa simpática e sempre sorridente de antes e trata o cliente de maneira muito estranha como se fosse alguém querendo dar em cima dela e isso é muito chato. Até comigo ela mudou, antes eu me sentia a vontade e hoje não me sinto mais. Inclusive parei de ir. Precisa melhorar muito pra voltar a ser o que era antes.
I am an old customer and I notice that the quality of her service has dropped a lot. He is no longer that friendly and always smiling person from before and treats the customer in a very strange way as if he were someone wanting to hit on him and that is very annoying. Even with me it changed, before I felt comfortable and today I don't feel anymore. I even stopped going. It needs to improve a lot to return to what it was before.
