★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei 4 sessões de criofrequencia .. fiz duas com aVanessa muito profissional atenciosa .. na 3 sessão me mudaram p powershape sem me avisar com antecedência e sem perguntar se era essa q eu queria .. só fiquei sabendo quando entrei na sala p fazer e era com outra funcionária Lorraine .. que me deixou toda roxa .. perna todinha roxa .. sem tomar os cuidados devidos sem orientar corretamente o cliente. Me senti muito ofendida e chateada ., fiquei com dor e ainda quando viu os roxos deu risada falando q eu tinha ficado muito roxa mas era normal . Nunca vi ninguém sair de uma estética nesse estado cuidado ao contratar um serviço lá . Estou passando por essa experiência horrível
I hired 4 criofrequency sessions .. I did two with a very professional, attentive Vanessa .. in the 3 session I was changed to the powershape without telling me in advance and without asking if it was the one I wanted .. I only found out when I entered the room to do it and it was with another employee Lorraine ... who turned me all purple ... my whole leg purple ... without taking proper care without properly guiding the client. I felt very offended and upset, I was in pain and even when I saw the purple ones I laughed saying that I had become very purple but it was normal. I have never seen anyone leave an aesthetic in this careful state when hiring a service there. I'm going through this horrible experience
