Hoje dia 30/05 cheguei de 18:15, a placa na porta de vidro estava como aberto e a recepcionista simplesmente falou q estava fechado, não atendia! Sou cliente assídua do lugar e isso nunca me aconteceu. Mudaram a recepcionista e não fui atendida.
Excellent service and very fast !!! But it does not keep up with the times reported on Google. Today 30/05 I arrived from 18:15, the sign on the glass door was open and the receptionist simply said it was closed, did not answer! I'm an assiduous customer of the place and it never happened to me. They changed the receptionist and I was not met.

O único defeito dessa unidade é que se você chegar 15 min antes de fechar e for fazer algo que p recepcionista for demorado voce não consegue, pois informam que ja vão fecha e nao vai da tempo. Isso na unidade de Piedade na Boa vista elas atendem até no ultimo min antes de fechar.
The epilators are excellent especially Cassia, super recommend. The only shortcoming of this unit is that if you arrive 15 minutes before closing and do something that the receptionist is slow you can not, because they say they will close already and will not time. This in the Piedade da Boa Vista unit they attend until the last minute before closing.
