E nesse caso já ocorreu de ser alguém que não controla a temperatura da cera nem quando quando e5informada que está muito quente.

Foi minha primeira e última vez la. Marquei um horário para um procedimento e esperei 30minutos pela profissional que me atenderia. Depois disso, a recepcionista teve a ideia de ligar para ela, que disse que ainda levaria mais 30 minutos para chegar. É um desrespeito e descaso muito grande e como eu tinha outros compromissos, fui embora sem fazer o procedimento. Um absurdo! Não volto mais.
This review is for Absoluto. Depillê no longer exists and has passed the point on to Absoluto.
It was my first and last time there. I made an appointment for a procedure and waited 30 minutes for the professional who would attend to me. After that, the receptionist came up with the idea to call her, who said it would still take another 30 minutes to arrive. It's a big disrespect and neglect and as I had other commitments, I left without doing the procedure. An absurdity! I won't be back.
