★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei comprando grelhas de banheiro, caixas de tomadas, espaçadores de piso... tudo indo legal... Logo em seguida comprei 8m de conduíte maior do que eu precisava. Fui pedir para trocarem no mesmo dia e não fizeram a troca, alegando que não tem como ficar com pedaços de conduíte, mas 8m era o que eu tinha comprado.
De acordo com o código do consumidor temos 7 dias para troca e eles não o fizeram. Quando fui pagar, fui ajudar a senhora no caixa com a conta, ela soltou um "ninguém ensina o que eu devo fazer"
Já foi um bom local.
I started by buying bathroom grills, power sockets, floor spacers... everything going good... Then I bought 8m of larger conduit than I needed. I asked them to change it on the same day and they didn't change it, claiming that there is no way to keep pieces of conduit, but 8m was what I had bought.
According to the consumer code we have 7 days to exchange and they didn't. When I went to pay, I went to help the lady at the till with the bill, she said "no one teaches me what I should do"
It was once a good place.
