O moço da entrega se recusou a subir no PRIMEIRO ANDAR, e disse que não era serviço dele. Minha mãe precisou subir sozinha com os itens.
Excellent warehouse service, delivery flexibility as well. But if you live in an apartment and you need to leave your order at the apartment, forget it. The delivery boy refused to go up on the FIRST FLOOR, and said it wasn't his job. My mother had to go upstairs alone with the items.
