★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou muito decepcionada fiz um compra no clube casa silvinho e vendedor foi muito atencioso fechamos a venda pra entregar na cidade ilicinea mg na semana, o vendedor falou bem claro que nao tinha frete. Na quarta recebi um telefonema do vendedor falando que nao podia me entregar porque caminhão estragou, mas quando liguei pedi pra falar com gerente Marcela e depois a dona janete ela disse se eu pagassem o frete eles entregaria na cidade Ilicínea mg. Olha qualidade do pós venda quanta mentira péssimo local pra comprar o cliente pra eles nao tem respeito nemhum.
I am very disappointed I made a purchase at the club house silvinho and the seller was very attentive we closed the sale to deliver in the city ilicinea mg in the week, the seller said very clearly that there was no shipping. On Wednesday I received a phone call from the seller saying that I could not deliver because the truck was damaged, but when I called I asked to speak with manager Marcela and then the owner Janete, she said if I paid the freight they would deliver it to Ilicínea MG. Look at the quality of the post-sale, how much lousy lies to buy the customer for them have no respect whatsoever.
