Comprei um vaso sanitário no dia 17.08.2020(ontem), a entrega estava marcada para acontecer no dia seguinte, às 7:30, quando deu oito horas liguei, me responderam que chegariam às 9h, o que não aconteceu. Deu dez horas e eu liguei novamente. E ELES VENDERAM O VASO QUE JÁ ESTAVA PAGO PARA OUTRA PESSOA. Estou aqui com o pedreiro esperando a compra desde 7h da manhã.
Terrible! I bought a toilet on 17.08.2020 (yesterday), the delivery was scheduled to happen the next day, at 7:30, when it was eight o'clock I called, they answered that they would arrive at 9:00, which did not happen. It was ten hours and I called again. AND THEY SELL THE VASE THAT WAS ALREADY PAID TO ANOTHER PERSON. I've been here with the bricklayer waiting for the purchase since 7 am.
