Atendimento péssimo!
Sem compromisso com o cliente, comprei uma carrada de pode pedra uma dia antes para que me entregassem no outro dia pela manhã. Simplesmente não entregaram e não atendiam o telefone, fui lá e deram uma descilpa, a tarde já deram outra é fiquei no prejuízo pois paguei uma diária para uma pessoa.
Não recomendo a ninguém que queira programar seu trabalho comprar nesse estabelecimento.

Lousy service!
Without commitment to the customer, I bought a carton of stone a day earlier to be delivered the other day in the morning. They simply did not deliver and did not answer the phone, I went there and gave a call, the afternoon they gave another and I was at the loss because I paid a day for one person.
I would not recommend to anyone who wants to schedule their work to buy at this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive por volta das 14:40hs de hoje, dia 13/08, para comprar material p/ minha casa, pois bem, Michel que foi quem me atendeu, garantiu que por volta do fim da tarde eles estariam entregando na minha residência. Tive que ficar ligando e eles me informavam toda vez que estava prevista a entrega até as 18hs. Isso não aconteceu! Cheguei no estabelecimento as 18:05hs e fui recepcionada pelo Mesmo que me vendeu, que por sua vez foi super abrupto e mal educado, dizendo que eu ainda teria que esperar, questionando se eu ainda faria obra a noite?! Como se isso fosse da conta dele! Dando uma desculpa deslavada dizendo que os caminhões estavam em outra cidade entregando, sendo que estavam estacionados ao lado do depósito. Cadê a responsabilidade com o cliente? Credibilidade do estabelecimento?
I had around 2:40 pm today, 13/08, to buy material for my house, well, Michel who was the one who answered me, assured that by the end of the afternoon they would be delivering to my residence. I had to keep calling and they would let me know every time delivery was scheduled for 6 pm. This did not happened! I arrived at the property at 18: 05hs and was greeted by the same one who sold me, which in turn was super abrupt and rude, saying that I still had to wait, wondering if I would still work at night ?! As if that was any of his business! Making a blunt excuse saying that the trucks were in another city delivering, being parked next to the depot. Where is the responsibility with the customer? Credibility of the establishment?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, sem comprometimento com a entrega, comprei pela manhã não recebi o material no mesmo dia, e só me passaram desculpas ou melhor mentira, pq a última desculpa foi que eles estavam abastecendo o caminhão pra realizar a entrega, que não chegou. Falta de respeito com o cliente. Sem total respeito e verdade com o trabalho que faz e os clientes.
