★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa demolição existe há muitos anos, anteriormente frequentada por pedreiros e pessoas com pouca grana, que buscavam ali uma forma mais barata para construir ou reformar. De alguns anos para cá o lugar também passou a ser frequentado por arquitetos, serralheiros , marceneiros e pessoas mais abastadas em busca de alguma antiguidade ou algo exclusivo, consequentemente os preços subiram um pouco, embora ainda seja um ótimo lugar para procurar coisas mais baratas, e tem também o Negão, vendedor acessível e com poder de negociação. Vale a pena conferir.
