★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito bom, os preços também, mas quando o produto chega na sua casa, você entende porque é mais barato. Simplesmente porque nao presta. Pra ser ruim, a madeira que eles oferecem ainda precisa piorar muito. Aquilo ali nunca ouviu falar de qualidade. Fica melhor quando se ouve a história toda. Um dia fui PESSOALMENTE ao depósito para explicar exatamente o que eu queria, e com um sorriso no rosto, o vendedor tirou o pedido de 60 metros de madeira que foi entregue na minha casa com um atraso de quase 2 meses. O pior foi que apos a colocação, a madeira envergou, empenou, estufou, entortou, tudo de ruim aconteceu com ela. Liguei para a loja e disseram que sentiam muito, mas nao poderiam fazer nada. Ou seja, azar meu. Que coisa mais feia. Se me pedissem o dinheiro e nao me dessem nada, eu ainda sairia no lucro, porque foram entregues tabuas de madeiras verdes, sem nenhum resquício de qualidade. Ah, para me compensar a loja me mandou 8 metros de tabua para substituição. No entanto a tabua que foi entregue, dois dias depois ja estava toda empenada. Ou seja, o @depositoemadeireiracatagua pode ate vender produtos de material de construção, mas madeira, você tem que comprar em outro lugar. Por isso o preço deles é infinitamente menor que a concorrência. Aqui está a prova de que o barato sai caro. Aliás, caríssimo. ???

If they asked me for the money and didn't give me anything, I would still make a profit, because green wooden boards were delivered, without any trace of quality. Ah, to make up for it, the store sent me 8 meters of board for replacement. However, the board that was delivered two days later was already warped. In other words, @depositoemadireiracatagua can even sell construction material products, but wood, you have to buy somewhere else. That's why their price is infinitely lower than the competition.
