The service was good ... But at the checkout it was horrible, it takes time to answer, it takes time to issue a note and when it was over, they told me there was a toast but in the end they gave me nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 04/07/2018. Infelizmente não tivemos a mesma felicitação como os comentários acima. O atendimento dos vendedores são ótimos, mas a operadora do caixa atendeu a minha mãe de forma a não cumprir com comprometimento e culpando as vendedoras. Assim ela se sentiu enganada e constrangida perante as outras clientes presentes na loja. Espero que este comentários chegue até os responsáveis pela franquia.
On 07/04/2018. Unfortunately we did not have the same congratulations as the comments above. The attendance of the salespeople is great, but the cashier operator attended to my mother so as not to comply with commitment and blaming the salespeople. So she felt cheated and embarrassed before the other customers in the store. I hope this comment gets to those responsible for the franchise.
