★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperei a água por 2h e quando liguei pela terceira vez o senhor que atendeu disse que não permitiram o entregador entrar no prédio. Achei estranho que não me interfonaram, perguntei ao porteiro e ele disse que ninguém havia ido entregar água. Perdi meu tempo.
I waited for the water for 2 hours and when I called for the third time the man who answered said that the delivery man was not allowed to enter the building. I thought it was strange that they didn't talk to me, I asked the porter and he said that no one had come to deliver water. I lost my time.
