★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de 18 minutos de atraso, o entregar me mandou uma mensagem às 17:00 h dizendo que "estava no meu portão".
Depois disso, chegou com a entrega depois de 30 minutos da mensagem... alegou que "tinha ido abastecer a moto".
Não teria problema nenhum nisso, mas o Zé Delivery mostra a localização... lamentável... serviço de "amador".
Liguei para o Depósito e o mesmo me passou um outro telefone, para que eu ligasse para o "Zé".
Ao contrário de resolver o problema, o dono do Depósito me "transferiu o problema".
No lugar dele, eu mesmo teria ligado para o Depósito e para o entregador...
Mas não...
 After 18 minutes late, the deliverer texted me at 17:00 saying "I was at my gate".
After that, he arrived with the delivery within 30 minutes of the message... he claimed that he "had gone to refuel the motorcycle".
I wouldn't have any problem with that, but Zé Delivery shows the location... regrettable... "amateur" service.
I called the Deposit and the same gave me another phone, so I could call "Zé".
Instead of solving the problem, the Warehouse owner "transferred the problem" to me.
In his place, I would have called the Warehouse and the delivery boy myself...
But not...
