★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência a primeira compra foi boa, até o momento emnquebtive que trocar uma mercadoria efetuei uma compra no calor de 250,00 sendo que um item deu problema fiz a troca e continuou o problema , aguardei a proprietária fazer a troca por outra marca mas sem sucesso então solicitei o valor de volta para minha surpresa eles cobram uma taxa pela devolução não dinheiro sendo que a compra foi feita no débito. Injustificável .
My experience the first purchase was good, until the moment when I exchanged a product I made a purchase in the heat of 250.00 and one item gave a problem I made the exchange and continued the problem, I waited for the owner to make the exchange for another brand but without success so i requested the amount back to my surprise they charge a fee for the return not money being that the purchase was made in debit. Unjustifiable.
