AO COMPRAR UM PRODUTO DO TIPO TRAÇO LIMITA I CLIENTE A COMPRAR MEIO METRO -PRÁTICA ILEGAL, O ONDE O CONSUMIDOR SÓ PRECISA ADQUIRIR PEQUENA QUANTIDADE PARA SUA REFORMA. MESMO COBRANDO A TAXA DE SERVIÇO DE ENTREGA QUE O CLIENTE PAGA AO FAZER OUTRAS COMPRAS DE OUTROS PRODUTOS, " NÃO LIBERA A COMPRA" USO DESSE CRITÉRIO PARA FATURAR A MAIS E ABUSIVO VEJAMOS QUE DIZ O CÓD.. O artigo 39 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC) determina que o fornecedor não pode condicionar a venda de produtos ou serviços a limites quantitativos sem justa causa, classificando essa prática como abusiva.
