★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência nesses lugares nunca é boa né. Ninguém é feliz quando se está na mão da máquina pública. Cheguei lá às 14 horas peguei a senha 862 e estava na 858. Só fui chamado as 15:33 e não deixaram eu saber se o carro estava lá ou não. Graças a uma pessoa que apareceu lá da prefeitura, e eu conversei com ela informalmente, e fiz o apelo a ela pra ela ver pra mim se pelo menos o carro estava lá. Ela foi lá e viu no sistema pra mim. Enfim, atendimento ruim, pois eles não tem pressa...quanto mais tempo o carro ficar lá melhor né. Eu dei sorte, atendente ainda quis ajudar, mas são poucas pra quantidade de pessoas. Tinham pessoas que o carro tinha multa, aí ainda é pior...osso

Dentro do Depósito organização, excelente atendimento e informações claras. Ambiente amplo. Mesmo não conseguindo resolver o problema do carro, a funcionária Carla foi atenciosa e educada. Conversei com a supervisora e também obtive respostas para minha situação.

Muitas vezes o carro é rebocado em local sem qualquer identificação de não ser permitido o estacionamento. Infelizmente, indústria de arrecadação da prefeitura.

Fui três vezes: a primeira para entregar documentação, a segunda para retirar o CRLV, mas não foi possível porque estavam sem Sistema de Dados e na terceira visita foi que eu consegui os documentos. Tive que pagar estacionamento três vezes! Um absurdo.
