★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal atendimento ...demora mais de um dia para atender telefone, mal educados ,deixa o cliente sem resposta ,não entrega mercadoria no prazo ,entregou mercadoria no endereço errado, muito transtorno ,me atenderam mal ,bateram telefone na minha cara ..atendente ainda deu risada de mim..péssimo atendimento ..loja mal administrada ninguém resolve nada .ainda mentiu dizendo que o carro de entrega estava quebrado,sendo que a areia eles pegam na simol.
Bad service ... it takes more than a day to answer the phone, rude, leaves the customer unanswered, does not deliver goods on time, delivered goods to the wrong address, a lot of inconvenience, bad service, they hit my face ... he still laughed at me..poor service .. poorly managed store, nobody solves anything. he still lied saying that the delivery car was broken, and the sand they take on the simol.
